libcrmcluster4-dev software package provides Development file for pacemakers crm library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcrmcluster4-dev
libcrmcluster4-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcrmcluster4-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcrmcluster4-dev *
You will get with libcrmcluster4-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
